ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Inspiration Academy is a private Christian school and accepts applications for students in grades 5 – 12 and Post Graduate. All applications for the next school year must be submitted by March 1st. Applications submitted after March 1st will be placed on a waiting list pending availability and approval by the board. Applications for the current school year’s waiting list are accepted year-round. The admissions process can be simplified into four easy steps.
FIRST STEP
We would love to meet you! We encourage prospective families to visit our campus. You can call or email for a personal tour or click the “Inquire Now” button on our website’s home page. You will be directed to complete personal general information. Once your request is complete, you will be contacted by our Admission’s Office.
When you visit you will have the opportunity of meeting with staff and faculty, tour our facility and see all that our program has to offer!

STEPS TO ENROLLMENT
After you have completed the tour, you will receive an email that invites you to begin our online application and enrollment process. After you submit your application, you will be contacted by our Admissions Office to schedule a Shadow Day for your student. During our Shadow Day students are paired with a host student and are able to attend our classes and make new friends! Your application will be reviewed by the board when we receive the completed application form, $100 application fee, and transcripts/report cards.
TESTING AND INTERVIEW
During the Shadow Day and as part of the admissions process, the Admissions Office will administer placement testing for the applicant. The applicant will also meet with the Head of School at that time for an informal interview to determine acceptance.
FINAL STEP
Once accepted, your personal Contract will be added to your online checklist in our BlackBaud platform. You will be asked to submit additional required documentation and your enrollment fee will be due. If the Enrollment Contract and fee are not received by the Admissions Office within 10 calendar days of being accepted, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list. All supporting documentation needs to be submitted to the Admissions Office prior to the start date.
